We have a variety of networking rounds, spotlight- short talks, shared experiences, workshops, creative activities and we will also have a panel dedicated to the ‘Future proofing our Creative Careers – Education, Training and access to upskilling ‘.
One of the big advantages of this slightly smaller format (100-120) is that it allows us to facilitate true accessibility — things like quiet zones, neurodivergent-friendly pacing, and structured networking that supports a more comfortable experience for our creative community. The assembly will loosely centre around four themes:
Amplified Voices – creating space for deeper, uninterrupted conversations that often get lost in larger, multi-track events.
Cross-Island Synergy – strengthening meaningful, island-wide connection and collaboration among creatives.
Shaping 2027 – ensuring the ideas, priorities and lived experiences shared directly inform the next Creative Careers Summit, and hopefully impact positively your own programme for 2027.
Refreshing the Toolbox – opening up wider conversations around skills, education, upskilling and training supports for the sector.
We’re delighted to already be working with the Guinness Enterprise Centre, have support from the HSE national lottery grant, and IRMA as our collective partners on this small event.
