Minding Creative Minds offers the following wellbeing services to the Irish Creative Sector.

Access to experienced team of trained counsellors and psychotherapists who can offer short-term intervention (12 sessions) and advice covering practical, day-to-day issues that cause anxiety and stress.
(When a caller contacts Minding Creative Minds they will immediately be speaking to an accredited counsellor or psychotherapist who will become the caller’s case manager)
Counselling Service (Short-term intervention):
This includes face-to-face counselling and video or telephone counselling. If an individual is referred on for video counselling by their case manager, they will be provided with a link to access live video conferencing with their counsellor which is separate to the Minding Creative Minds wellbeing portal.
Counselling Service (Specialist Trauma and Abuse Care):
Anyone involved or working within the Irish Creative sector who has suffered serious trauma or abuse can contact Minding Creative Minds for support and help.

Creative Arts Therapy
Creative Arts Therapies (CAT) are evidence-based health care professions. It is an umbrella term incorporating 4 professions; Art Therapy, Dance-Movement Therapy, Drama therapy, and Music Therapy. Find out more here.
Advanced Counselling/Psychology Services:
If an individual presents with a mental health difficulty that is not suitable for short-term intervention, the case manager will discuss the most appropriate care pathway with the user to support their presenting issue. This may entail more long-term treatment or GP referral.

Other Support Services:
The Minding Creative Minds programme includes access to a number of additional services to help users overcome various practical issues they may face:
- Advice on practical, day-to-day issues that cause anxiety and stress.
- Legal Assistance – Consultation with Irish solicitors, including those specialised in family law matters and property conveyancing. In addition for queries or advice in relation to legal matters unique to the entertainment sector e.g. advice on specific contracts please contact info@mindingcreativeminds.ie and we will strive to help with your enquiry.
- Financial Assistance & Consumer Assistance – Consultation with qualified financial advisors who can offer advice on household budgeting, borrowing/debt management, retirement planning, saving & investments.
- Career Hub – The Career Hub service provides a range of supports amd resources to creatives at all levels of Career, to support economic empowerment, professional development in their creative career, career advisory, specific career enhancement supports through our mentorship programme, workshops, and online career clinic..
- Support for non-Irish nationals & their families – helping to make the transition into the Irish system as smooth as possible.
- Mediation Services – Help with disputes in the workplace, or issues related to family business, defective goods & services, building & construction.
