Sue will teach you:
– How your mind works
– Recognise the cycle of preconditioned programming and old patterns that affect thinking and decisions
– Recognise negative self-talk and emotions and learn ways to reframe
– Help build confidence
– Experiment with visualisations, affirmations and journaling
– Learn to maintain motivation and goal set, through periods of mundanity or stress
