It also keeps you on track and prevents you from engaging in activities that are not aligned with your values, goals and, most importantly, the vision for your life. Mona-Lee Belizaire is a Jamaican born speaker and strategist who is passionate about the development and advancement of people and communities. Her passion led her to attain a dual Master’s Degree in Public Health and Social Work. Mona-Lee has over15 years of project management experience taking projects from conception to replication. She has successfully managed projects on the national and international levels, most notably with the United States federal government and in Jamaica and Cameroon.
Wanting to experience the more that God has in store, Mona-Lee decided to leverage her advanced education, training, and expertise, to support leaders with implementing strategies that increase their performance and wellbeing. Leaders appreciate her love of laughter, transparency and willingness to journey with them through life’s challenges, using empathy and practical strategies in the process.
