The second of two trial lunch time online Meet & Greet Sessions

Ireland is famous for its creativity. From music and theatre to film, design, literature and live events, our creative people bring colour and meaning to daily life and make a major contribution to our economy.

The people behind this success often face unique challenges.  Many of us work freelance or on short contracts. Income can be unpredictable. Hours are long and irregular.  Stress and burnout are common. And unlike other industries, there has never been a dedicated support structure for the wellbeing of those who create, perform and produce.

Minding Creative Minds (MCM) was set up to change this. By creatives, for creatives and creative sector workers, we are Ireland’s first free, 24/7 support service for the arts and live events sector.  Please look at our website, and as you familiarise yourself with our services you will be able to identify how we can best help you.  Minding Creative Minds is in your corner throughout the year. 

As part of our suite of services we run our monthly online Meet & Greet; an event we really look forward to and which runs throughout the year

Our monthly online Meet & Greet is an attendee-led meeting.   For those amongst you, who are thinking of attending your first Meet & Greet Session; this format offers a lovely introduction to Minding Creative Minds and our services, while also offering you an opportunity to meet like-minded creatives and creative sector workers.

The second of our two summer 2026 trial lunch time, online Meet & Greet sessions, takes place this month. As mentioned before, this is simply a trial to allow you to incorporate the meeting up into your day and leave your summer evening free.  We look forward to welcoming our creative community peers, friends and colleagues to the first of these lunch time meetings; our August 2026 edition of our Minding Creative Minds Online Meet & Greet Session on Monday, 24th at 1pm.

When you join our Minding Creative Minds monthly meet and greet, by doing so, you set the agenda.

• It is with intent, we hold this gathering as an informal event; each Minding Creative Minds monthly meeting follows its own path while offering a space to source core information about Minding Creative Minds and our services; a space where we can learn about and from our peers whose creative backgrounds may differ to our own; yet the fact we all working in the creative sector brings us together.

Our meeting is a welcoming, social community whose common bond is our sector; the creative sector.
